In vitro selection of a photo-responsive peptide aptamer using ribosome display

[摘要]：A photo-responsive peptide aptamer against microbeads immobilized streptavidin was isolated using in vitro selection combined with photo-manipulation. This is the first example of the introduction of a peptide aptamer in the photo-control of dynamic molecular recognition.
