[摘要]：A multifunctional hybrid platinum(IV) prodrug, which consists of both the mitochondria-targeting drug DCA and the DNA-crosslinking drug cisplatin, was synthesized and tethered to a carrier polymer to further self-assemble into micelles for intracellular delivery.
