[摘要]:Bis[(dimethoxyphosphoryl)methyl)]amino- and bis(phosphonomethyl) amino-terminated samples of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were prepared from commercially available PEG in fair-to-good yields by means of adaptations of the Moedritzer-Irani and Kabachnik-Fields procedures, respectively. An alternative route involving silylation of phosphonates and subsequent methanolysis to afford phosphonic acid groups was also examined. |
