Concise Total Synthesis of (-)-Mersicarpine

[摘要]：A concise total synthesis of (-)-mersicarpine from a known cyclohexanone was accomplished. The azepinoindole core was constructed by a DIBAL-H-mediated reductive ring-expansion reaction of oxime.
