Oleanane-Type Triterpenoids from Glochidion assamicum

[摘要]：Phytochemical analysis of the extract of the leaves and twigs of Glochidion assamicum led to the isolation of four new oleanane-type triterpenoids, 21 beta-(benzoyloxy)olean-12-ene-3 beta,16 beta,23,28-tetraol (1), 21 beta-(benzoyloxy)olean-12-ene-3 beta,16 beta,28-triol (2), 21 beta-{(E)-cinnamoyloxy]olean-12-ene-3 beta,16 beta,23, 28-tetraol (3), and 21 beta-[(Z)-cinnamoyloxy]olean-12-ene-3 beta,16 beta,23,28-tetraol (4). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and mass-spectral data.
