[摘要]：Nuclear Factor kappa B is implicated in tumor progression and chronic inflammatory diseases and is regulated by I kappa B kinase beta (IKK beta). The crystal structure of IKK beta has been recently solved for Xenopus laevis. Homology models of human IKK beta have been developed prior to and after the crystal structure was solved.
