[摘要]：The total synthesis of two diastereomers of spirotryprostatin A has been established starting with an asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of methyl 2-(2-nitrophenyl)acrylate with azomethine ylides catalyzed by a Bronsted acid.
