Totall Synthesis of (+/-)-Sacidumllignan D

[摘要]：The first total synthesis of (+/-)-sacidumlignan D featuring a Zn-mediated Barbier reaction and reverse Wacker oxidation to form the key gamma-lactone, its diastereoselective alpha-methylation followed by reduction cyclization, was documented.
