[摘要]Graphene quantum sheets of size 2-5 nm are synthesized to achieve remarkable magnetoresistance behavior as a result of ferromagnetic edges coupled through antiferromagnetic interaction. These spin valve-like quantum sheets with ferromagnetic edges separated by a nonmagnetic core have potential applications in spintronic devices.
