[摘要]：This account deals with our investigation of the reaction and synthetic use of indolylborates as versatile synthetic tools; 1) palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction and its use for the synthesis of indole alkaloids and 2) intramolecular alkylmigration in indolylbotrates for the construction of highly elaborate indole derivatives.
