New Dihydroagarofuranoid Sesquiterpenes from Celastrus paniculatus

[摘要]：The six new dihydro-beta-agarofuranoid sesquiterpenes 1-6 and three known compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Celastrus paniculatus. The structures including relative configurations were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 1-6 were evaluated or cytotoxicity against a panel of three human-tumor cell lines.
