[摘要]：A click-chemistry approach to synthesize bioresponsive poly(ethylene glycol acrylate) particles is described. The particles are loaded with a model anticancer drug (doxorubicin, DOX), and undergo simultaneous particle deconstruction and DOX release upon specific activation by the simulated environment of the cellular cytoplasm.
