In situ reaction monitoring of microwave-mediated reactions using IR spectroscopy

[摘要]：An IR probe has been interfaced with a scientific microwave unit, this allowing for real-time in situ monitoring of microwave-assisted reactions using IR spectroscopy. A number of organic transformations have been probed and the apparatus shown to work effectively as a tool for qualitative studies.
