New Tandem Cyclo- and/or Addition Reactions between N-Arylisoindolines with Benzyne and Dimethyl Acetylenedicarboxylate

[摘要]：Reaction of N-arylisoindolines with benzyne afforded predominantly 10-arylisoindolo[2,1-f]phenanthridines. On the other hand. N-arylisoindolines react with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate to give dimethyl 2-(2-aryl-2H-isoindol-1-yl)fumarates. Possible reaction mechanisms are discussed.
