[摘要]：The isoquinoline alkaloids, protopine and allocryptopine are components of numerous phytopreparations. The wide spectrum of biological activities reported for these alkaloids include multiple actions on the cardiovascular system, anti-thrombotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, neuroprotective, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic activities. This review aims to summarize recent knowledge on the basic chemistry, analysis, above biological activities, and application of both alkaloids published within the period 1995-2010. |
