Organocatalytic Highly Enantioselective Mannich-Type Reactions of Fluoromalonate with N-Boc-Aldimines

[摘要]：The catalytic enantioselective Mannich reaction promoted by chiral bifunctional organocatalysts is described. The treatment of diethyl fluoromalonate with N-Boc-aldimines under mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding beta-amino-beta-fluoromalonates with excellent enantioselectivity (93-97% ee).
