An Efficient Procedure for the Synthesis of Substituted Pyridines Using KF center dot Al2O3

[摘要]：Three-component coupling of aldehydes, malononitrile, and thiophenols has efficiently been carried out at room temperature using potassium fluoride on alumina (KF center dot Al2O3) as a catalyst to furnish highly substituted pyridines in high yields.
