REGIOSELECTIVE ESTER HYDROLYSIS OF SIALIC ACID DERIVATIVES CATALYZED BY MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMERS

[摘要]Regioselective ester hydrolysis of sialic acid derivatives catalyzed by molecularly imprinted polymers was studied. A sialic acid derivative having 8-O-methylphosphonate was used as the template for molecular imprinting polymer (MIP). By mimicking the tetrahedral intermediate for ester hydrolysis, this MIP catalyzed the regioselective hydrolysis of the 8-O-acetyl group of per-O-acetylated sialic acid derivative at an increased rate.
