[摘要]Synthesis of diverse 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid (Tic) derivatives and its higher analogues are reported using diethyl acetamidomalonate as a glycine equivalent. In addition, various substituted Tic derivatives are assembled by application of Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction as a key step.
