SYNTHESIS OF BIS-ARYL PHOSPHATES BASED ON TRIAZINE SCAFFOLD

[摘要]：In view of targeting the Grb2-SH2 signaling protein, the synthesis of potential ligands based on the 1,3,5-triazine scaffold bearing two phenylphosphate groups is described. The triazine functionality was introduced using an orthogonal strategy via the sulfone chemistry.
