[摘要]：In this issue of Blood, Eichhorst and colleagues report on the results of the German CLL Study Group (GCLLSG) CLL5 study. 1 The importance of this randomized trial is that it restricted enrollment to more elderly patients who are the most representative of the population who have this disease.
