Cytotoxic Triterpenoid Glycosides from the Roots of Gordonia chrysandra

[摘要]：Eight new oleanane triterpenoid glycosides, gordonosides A-H (1-8), were isolated from a 50% EtOH extract of the roots of Gordonia chrysandra. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR and ESIMS, and by chemical methods. Among these substances, compounds 1, 3, 5, and 6 exhibited cytotoxic activity against several human cancer cell lines, with 3 being the most potent.
