Reactions of alkylation of biologically interesting triazolo[4,5-g]quinolines and triazolo[4,5-g]quinoline-1-oxides with electrophilic reagents.

[摘要]：With the aim to improve the biol. activities discovered for compds. contg. the triazolo[4,5-g]quinoline nucleus, 4-chlorotriazolo[4,5-g]quinolines and some its triazolo-N1-oxide derivs. were alkylated with electrophilic reagents. Both mixts. of N1,2,3-alkyl isomers and selectively N1-O-alkyl derivs, e.g., I (R1 = H, OH, Et; R2 = Me, Et, CH2CNCH2Ph, 4-NO2PhCH2) were obtained and discussed (no biol. tests or results shown).
