[摘要]：submitted to the Mannich reaction towards formaldehyde and some primary amines. It underwent an original reaction of bis-aminomethylation-cyclization giving the oxazinopyrimidocarboline derivs., e. g. I. The structure of these compds. was confirmed by their high-resoln. mass, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data.
