A concise synthesis of (+)-polyoxamic acid and (+)-5-O-carbamoyl polyoxamic acid.

[摘要]：The concise synthesis of (+)-polyoxamate and (+)-5-O-carbamoylpolyoxamate from L-xylose in 7 or 6 steps, resp., was reported. The key steps include a diastereoselective amination of syn-1,2-polybenzyl ethers using chlorosulfonyl isocyanate (CSI) and the 1-pot introduction of carbamates into the allylic benzyl ether and primary hydroxyl moieties.
