[摘要]：The first total synthesis of (?-3-hydroxy-11-norcytisine (I), the racemate of natural product previously isolated from Laburnum anagyroides, structurally related to (-)-cytisine (II) and a benchmark ligand at neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (NNRs), was achieved. The synthesis permitted the unambiguous confirmation of the structure originally proposed for I and enabled initial biol. characterization of I and its related compds. against NNRs.
