Total synthesis of (+)-azinothricin and (+)-kettapeptin.

[摘要]：Asym. total syntheses of (+)-azinothricin (I, R = Et) and (+)-kettapeptin (I, R = Me) were achieved. The synthetic pathway exploits a highly chemoselective coupling reaction between the fully elaborated cyclodepsipeptide and the glycal activated esters at the final stages of both resp. syntheses.
