[摘要]：azide, and reaction of the amine with MeSC(NBoc)NHBoc, AgNO3, and Et3N. Treatment of the protected guanidino alc. with 9:1 CDCl3/TFA afforded monanchorin III, whose abs. stereochem. was assigned as shown.
