Actinide polyoxometalates: incorporation of uranyl-peroxo in U-shaped 36-tungsto-8-phosphate.

[摘要]：The 36-tungsto-8-phosphate [Li(H2O)K4(H2O)3{(UO2)4(O2)4(H2O)2}2(PO3OH)2P6W36O136]25- was synthesized by using the poorly studied precursor [H6P4W24O94]18-. This hitherto unknown U-shaped P6W36 Wells-Dawson ion contains 8 peroxo units divided into two [(UO2)(O2)]4 squares [(UO2)(O2)]4. This prepn. demonstrates that novel lacunary polytungstate ligands can be stabilized by exotic coordination complex templates.
