[摘要]More than a monooxygenase: Cytochrome P 450BM3 (CYP102A1) and its evolved variants have been found to desaturate a range of alkylbenzenes. Desatn. levels are heavily influenced by the structural characteristics of the alkyl substituent. With cumene, a-hydroxylation yields are more severely impacted by a-deuteration than desatn. yields.
