Facile synthesis and high d33 of single-crystalline KNbO3 nanocubes.

[摘要]：Single-cryst. KNbO3 nanocubes with orthorhombic phase were prepd. in a large scale by a simple one-step molten salt route without using any surfactant as template; the nanostructures exhibited high piezoelec. properties such as d33 = 105 pC/N and kp = 0.34 as piezoelec. materials.
