Cytotoxic Oleanane Triterpene Saponins from Albizia chinensis

[摘要]：Three new oleanane-type triterpene saponins, albizosides A-C (1-3), were isolated from the stem bark of Albizia chinensis. Their structures were established by 1D and 2D NMR experiments and chemical methods. Compounds 1-3 showed cytotoxic activity against a small panel of human tumor cell lines as well as hemolytic activity against rabbit erythrocytes.
