[摘要]：Compounds (More Than One Hetero Atom)) Section A multi-component reaction has been developed allowing direct access to pyrroloisoquinolines and pyrroloquinolines with new, electron-rich substitution patterns. The synthesized amino-substituted heterocyclic compds. and intermediates involved in their formation represent novel compds. Focused microwave irradn. was used extensively to allow simple access to a wide temp. range using low b.p. solvents.
