A new total synthesis of patellamide A.

[摘要]：Patellamide A, cytotoxic and antitumor lipophilic cyclic peptide isolated from marine tunicate Lissoclinum patella, was efficiently synthesized from thiazole (I) (Fmoc = 9-fluorenyl methoxy carbonyl) via two complementary heterocyclization approaches to form the thiazole and oxazoline rings.
