[摘要]:The synthesis and characterization is reported of dispiransa cyclophosphazene derivs. based on the known compd. N3P3Cl2[HN(CH2)3N(CH2)4N(CH2)3NH] (2), to give a no. of new compds. N3P3X2[HN(CH2)3N(CH2)4N(CH2)3NH] [X = Ph, PhS, PhNH, PhO, MeO, EtO, CF3CH2O (3a-g, resp.)]. Two synthetic routes were used: (i) reaction of spermine with the appropriate gem-disubstituted cyclophosphazenes N3P3Cl4X2 (1; X = Ph, PhS, PhNH) to give compds. 3a-c and (ii) using the chloro-precursor (2) in nucleophilic substitution reactions with appropriate nucleophiles to give compds. 3d-g. The structures of the compds. were detd. by elemental anal., mass spectrometry, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. |
