[摘要]：Fluorescent Brighteners, and Photographic Sensitizers) Section A class of p-conjugated 2,5-bis(2-benzoazolyl)pyrazine dyes have been synthesized in which 2,5-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)pyrazine (I) exhibits strong fluorescence in soln. The enhanced fluorescence of I in the presence of a base suggests future applications such as anion sensing, with suitable chem. modification.
