Cyclization reactions of hydrazones. 31. Synthesis and study of reactivity of pyrrolo[3,2-e][1,2,4]triazine system.

[摘要]：2-Arylhydrazones were obtained by coupling diazonium salts with di-Et (3-methyl-1H-pyrrole)-2,4-dicarbamate. These were cyclized in a alk. medium to Et (2-aryl-5-methyl-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-7H-pyrrolo[3,2-e][1,2,4]triazin-6-yl)ca rbamates and tested for their stability. The starting carbamate was prepd. by a multistep synthesis from di-Et 3-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2,4-dicarboxylate.
