Three new ent-kaurane diterpenoids from the seeds of Pharbitis nil.

[摘要]：ent-kauran-18-(6b)-olide (1), Me 6b,7b,16b,17-tetrahydroxy ent-kauran-18-oate (2) and 6b,7b,16b,17-tetrahydroxy ent-kauran-18-oic acid (3), together with thirteen known compds., were isolated from the seeds of Pharbitis nil (Convolvulaceae). The identification and structural elucidation of these compds. were based on 1D- and 2D-NMR spectral data anal. The abs. configuration of 1 was detd. by a convenient Mosher ester procedure carried out in NMR tube.
