[摘要]：Benzothiazole-2-acetonitriles and 5-benzoylamino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-acetonitriles coupled with arom. diazonium salts to yield the corresponding a-arylhydrazono nitriles. The latter reacted with NH2OH.HCl in ethanolic NaOAc to yield the corresponding amidoximes. Subsequent cyclization into the title 1,2,3-triazoles was easily achieved upon reflux in ethanolic DMF in the presence of anhyd. NaOAc.
