Conformationally constrained adamantaneoxazolines of pharmacological interest.

[摘要]：New conformationally constrained adamantane 2-oxazoline building blocks were synthesized and their antimicrotubule and antitrypanosomal potency was investigated. Although most of the new compds. affect tubulin polymn., this does not make a major contribution to trypanocidal activity.
