[摘要]：In the current issue of Cancer Cell, Hallstrom et al. show that a subset of targets of the growth regulatory transcription factor E2F1 are repressed by a serum-induced PI3K activation, explaining how apoptosis can be suppressed while simultaneously engaging a proliferation program.
