[摘要]：The phototaxis receptor sensory rhodopsin 11 communicates with its transducer in a membrane-embedded complex. The first application of single-molecule force spectroscopy to receptor-transducer interaction by Cisneros et al. (2008) reveals new structural features in the signaling complex.
