Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazole-Fused Heterocycles via Intramolecular Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddition Reactions

[摘要]：This brief review article describes the progress made in the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole-fused heterocycles, over the last ten years, mainly by azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions. In this article, the emphasis is on the various aspects of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions, especially intramolecular azide-alkyne dipolar cycloaddition reactions.
