Palladium-mediated intramolecular biaryl coupling reaction for natural product synthesis.

[摘要]：(Heterocyclic Compounds (More Than One Hetero Atom)) Section A review on an intramol. biaryl coupling reaction which is a useful technique for the synthesis of certain types of heterocyclic compds. This short review describes recent advances in the Pd-mediated intramol. C-C bond formation reaction between two arom. rings, and several examples of natural product synthesis using this reaction. The mechanistic aspect of this reaction is also explained.
