[摘要]：A facile and efficient method is developed for synthesis of 3-(1H-isochromen-1-yl)-1H-indole via silver triflate-catalyzed tandem reaction of 2-alkynylbenzaldehyde with indole. The reaction proceeds smoothly in DMF at room temperature with good substrate generality. The availability of the starting materials combined with mild reaction conditions and the high efficiency of this synthetic route would be attractive and beneficial for the focused library construction. |
