A Short Synthesis of a Trifold Orthogonally Protected, Novel Aminoazepanol Building Block

[摘要]：Orthogonally protected cis-5-aminoazepan-3-ol derivatives were prepared in three steps from N-Boc allylic amine, acrolein, and N-benzylhydroxylamine with an intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition as the key reaction.
