Direct dichlorovinylation of nitriles with trichloroethylene under phase-transfer catalysis conditions

[摘要]：Reaction of trichloroethylene with nitriles 1a-k, carried out in the presence of 50% aqueous sodium hydroxide and tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate as a phase-transfer catalyst, in diethyl ether at 5-10 degrees C affords dichlorovinyl derivatives 2a-k in good yields. Deprotection of the latent carbonyl group in aminonitrile 1f results in the formation of dichlorovinyl ketone 5.
