[摘要]：A series of heterogeneous oligomers based on the sugar ?-amino acid 6-amino-6-deoxygalactonic acid and D- or L-phenylalanine have been synthesised and cyclised. The resulting cyclic heterogeneous oligomers have been analysed by molecular dynamics and NMR spectroscopy to describe their conformational and topological features. These initial studies have provided valuable insight into the structural properties of these cyclopeptides. |
