[摘要]:A clean and expeditious route for the synthesis of 2-aryl-4-ferrocenyl-quinoline derivatives through microwave-assisted multicomponent reaction of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde with ketone and dimedone in the presence of ammonium acetate using water as reaction media at 100 degrees C is described. This procedure lends itself well to combinatorial methods, providing the target heteropolymetallic compounds in excellent yield. |
