High performance ultraviolet photodetectors based on an individual Zn2SnO4 single crystalline nanowire

[摘要]：Zn2SnO4 (ZTO) nanowires were prepared by thermal evaporation method and ultraviolet photodetectors based on an individual ZTO nanowire were investigated. The devices exhibited high performance such as high "ON/OFF'' current ratio, high response speed and excellent device stability.
